[ARCHIVED] Rental Facility Rates Increasing in 2020

The current El Dorado Civic Center and Train Depot rental rates were passed by the City Commission in 2015.  Since that time the facilities have been well used, and are showing their age. These rates are no longer supporting the facilities’ needs, so the City Commission approved changes to the price structure on December 2, 2019. 

The approved changes will assist with several projects at these buildings that include, but are not limited to: painting the outside of the Depot; adding a screen and projector at the Depot; replacing chairs and tables at both facilities; replacing the partition doors at the Civic Center; and replacing the parking lot at both facilities.

The following facility rates will be effective for any date on or after January 1, 2020:

Non-profit rates for the full facility at the Civic Center are available upon request.  The organization must provide proof of status.
