Due to the forecasted winter weather early tomorrow morning, the City of El Dorado offices will not open to the public until 10 a.m. on Thursday, Feb. 17. The delay in opening will provide more time for the weather to clear and road crews to clear the roadways, providing a safer commute for employees and patrons.
