This event is held every year in November to help honor those veterans who have fought for us, died for us and given us the right to be free! Throughout the week there are medals given, veterans recognized and parades to celebrate those who have given so much! Join us for the WWII Reenacting Corps' 10th Annual Public Battle Reenactment!
Each year, on Veteran's Day Weekend (this year, the weekend before), the WWII History Center holds its annual Open House and the WWII Reenacting Corps holds their annual Public Battle reenactment in conjunction with El Dorado's Celebration of Freedom. Come see what's new at the Museum, watch a Veteran's Day parade then see a WWII weapons demonstration and public battle reenactment!
$2 donation per person requested. All donations go to support the WWII History Center and the Kansas Oil Museum.
