The El Dorado Theater, provided by the Naill family, is a historic gem in itself. The theater was built in 1921 and still houses many of the late patriarch Mike Naill's collectibles.
Presenters at the forum will be: Craig Yaryan, past president of Main Street; Ardath Lawson, education director at the Kansas Oil Museum; Linda Jolly, executive director of El Dorado Inc; Jennifer Cook, City of El Dorado marketing manager; Scott Rickard, El Dorado city engineer; and Susie Carson, director of the El Dorado Chamber of Commerce.

Our special speaker is Jim Kirkbride, the new CEO of Susan B. Allen Memorial Hospital. No reservations are required, but RSVP's are appreciated. Attendance at the awards presentations is free of charge; however, a full Mexican buffet will be available at a cost of $13.95 to be paid at the door. A full cash bar will be available.
Come celebrate accomplishment and volunteer spirit. President Pastor Andrew Conard and Director Emily Connell will emcee.
Historic District Building Awards will be presented by Main Street in appreciation for the dedication and financial commitment of the following developers and businesses;
-John & Michelle Banks for their remodel of the Farmers Merchant Bank.
-Intrust Bank for its remodel of the Citizen's Bank Building.
-Dave Wernli and Dick Morris for their renovation of the Ellet Opera House.
Each of the recipients will be awarded and engraved plaque to be mounted on the exterior of their buildings detailing their historic nature.
