This thank you event gives the public an opportunity to meet and thank first responders from the El Dorado Police Department and Fire Department, Butler county Sheriff’s Department, all Butler County Emergency Management professionals, EMS, 911 and volunteers, including volunteer fire departments from Burns, Cassoday, Leon, Rosalia and Towanda.
This is the second event to honor the First Responders, and Brad Yazel, managing partner of Carlson/Kirby Morris, continues to believe that it is past time to let these individuals know how much they are appreciated.
A special program of recognition will feature an address by Kansas Attorney General Derek Schmidt.
No reservations are necessary for the public, but first responders will receive individual invitations for the dinner from Carlson/Kirby Morris, distributed by the heads of their departments.
