Announcement for March 13, 2020 (4:00 p.m.)
Because of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, the City of El Dorado is suspending new rental reservations at our Civic Center, Train Depot, parks and other recreation facilities for the next 30 days. As of today rentals that are currently reserved at those facilities can occur as scheduled. However, the City reserves the right to close down these facilities as necessary depending on new information about the virus that will come to us over the next few days. If the facilities do close, the current reservations will then be cancelled. City staff will be communicating this information to all upcoming reservations. If you have any questions, please contact the City of El Dorado Parks and Recreation or Community Marketing departments at 316-321-9100 ext. 126 or ext. 130.
